The Education Credit Program (ECP) provides Industry Fund contributors access to reimbursements for industry education and professional development opportunities. Companies can apply for credit toward approved training, certifications, and continuing education programs through Submit.com.
Accessing and Managing Your Submit.com Account
Each SMCA member company has one Submit.com login that is used for both the Apprentice Reimbursement Program (ARP) and the Education Credit Program (ECP).
If You’re a First-Time User

Go to https://smca.submit.com to access the form.

Follow the prompts to create your company’s Submit.com account using your business email address.

If You Need to Change the Account Owner
If the person who manages Submit.com access at your company has changed, ownership of the company account must be transferred.

Once ownership is transferred, the new user can access and manage all company submissions

NOTE: Your company will have received an e-mail invite to create a new password for your Submit.com account. This platform will enable your team to keep track of reimbursement applications, past trainings completed, and remaining funds available.
