Productivity & Time Management Seminar

When it comes to productivity and time management you can’t have one without the other. How productive you are is based on how well you manage your time. This session will explain how to improve productivity by reviewing the keys to minimizing waste and inefficiencies as getting the best effort from the field forces. Participants will receive practical tools that can be implemented by the managers to lower the cost of production. Participants will also review several tips to improve skills and conduct a self-analysis for use of time to apply the lessons learned and discuss the importance of prioritizing and applying lessons that can improve work life balance.

The seminar will be conducted by Stephane McShane from Maxim Consulting Group. Stephane has been one of SMACNA’s sought-after speakers over the years. Her previous seminar that she held at SMCA in 2021 was well attended by Foreman, Project Managers, and Owners.
