Change Orders Pricing, Cumulative Impact and Best Management Practices
Dr. Awad S. Hanna, Professor and Chair of the Construction Engineering and Management Program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison will be presenting on the topic – “Change Orders Pricing, Cumulative Impact and Best Management Practices.” Dr. Hanna will teach various methods to participants on the cumulative impact that change orders have on labor for sheet metal contractors. He will also discuss recoverable change order costs, why do change orders cost more, and how to recover additional costs due to change orders.
Dr. Hanna is well known not just nationally, but globally for his presentations to construction industries including SMACNA for well over two decades. Not only is he a Professional Engineer, but he is an acclaimed author of hundreds of articles and journals on a plethora of topics including this presentation.
